The Star Files are the public record of the Bio-Starred class — the products and spaces invited and audited under the 13-Circle Standard, identified by the Inspectorate, evaluated against the rubric the Inspectorate reviews annually, and entered into the record only when the findings support it. Each file contains the Inspectorate's findings, the assessment across all thirteen circles, and the subject's tier. Inspectors remain anonymous. Determinations are final.
