Biological Excellence, Measured.
An incorruptible standard. Inspected with rigor. Awarded rarely.
The Founding Class announced in full · VII January MMXXVII
The Award
Three tiers. One Standard.
A Bio Star is earned through examination against the 13-Circle Standard, administered by The Inspectorate and refined annually. Subjects are selected for consideration before formal evaluation begins. Some inspections are conducted anonymously; others require the Inspectorate to identify itself. The method varies; the Standard does not. Core Integrity must pass without exception, and the lowest Circle sets the tier. Evidence is retained and subject to review. Awards are renewed annually — and can be withdrawn.
One Bio Star
Exemplary
A model of biological integrity. Credible, coherent, and proven in its field.
Two Bio Stars
Mastery
Demonstrated command of the Standard. Systemic excellence across all four Realms.
Three Bio Stars
Transcendent
Rare, paradigm-shifting innovation. Work that does not meet the Standard — it advances it.
The Mission · MMXXVI
Raising the Standard.
The Bio Star is the independent certification body for biological integrity in wellness products and spaces. It exists to raise the standard of what humans live with, live in, and live by.
The next era of wellness will be shaped not only by innovation, but by integrity — by the environments people inhabit, the products they trust, and the standards the industry upholds. The institutions shaping that future deserve recognition within a rigorous, credible framework built on global trust.
The Bio Star identifies and honors the rare institutions undertaking the quiet, exacting work of building a healthier civilization — and gives the public a mark they can trust without qualification.

The Founding Class · Volume I · MMXXVI–MMXXVII
By invitation only.
Outcome is never guaranteed. The Bio Star does not accept applications — the inaugural class is a deliberately limited selection of products and spaces identified by the Inspectorate as candidates for recognition, and every determination is made only after the subject has been examined against The Standard.
