The Membership of The Bio Star is the institution's private channel. Members receive privileged access to the Star Files, the institution's editorial, and at higher tiers, direct access to the certified properties and to the annual Summit.

The Bio Star's Membership is closed to public enrollment. Each application is reviewed by the institution.

Members are admitted from across the field — founders and operators of Bio-Starred brands and properties, physicians, researchers in longevity and the biological sciences, senior figures in wellness and hospitality, and accredited press. Admission is granted on the strength of one principle: that the applicant's work intersects meaningfully with the Standard.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

The unredacted Star Files: the full 13-Circle rubric, the Inspector's complete notes, photography, and The Evidence: the records examined, the findings verified, and the sources cited. The materials reviewed vary by subject and may include ingredient and formulation disclosures, clinical studies, manufacturing provenance, operational records, protocol documentation, and other evidence necessary to substantiate the findings.
From the Kitchen: recipes, nutritional protocols, and supplement formulations from Bio-Starred clinics and resorts.
Dispatches: long-form anonymous reports from inspector visits. Practices, protocols, and observations from the field.
The Review: the institution's editorials, position papers, and critical analysis. The institution's voice on the record, on the science, the categories, and the claims that define the market.
