Editorial integrity

Bio Star ratings are the editorial opinion of the institution, arrived at through the published 13-Circle Standard and the inspection of the Inspector Corps. They constitute opinion, not fact, and are protected as such under applicable law.

Use of the Bio-Starred seal

The BIO STAR and BIO-STARRED marks, the 13-Circle Standard, and all associated visual identifiers are trademarks of Bio Star Holdings. Use of any Bio Star mark by a brand or property is permitted only under an active licensing agreement, for the licensed term, and only in connection with the specific award granted. Unauthorised use is grounds for revocation and for civil action.

No medical advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Bio Star evaluates products and places for biological coherence under the 13-Circle Standard. It does not prescribe their use, and it makes no claim that any Bio-Starred product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified medical professional for personal medical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio Star Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Changes

These Terms may be revised from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
